Getting started
Open MapWeld, create or restore a project, and load your first isometric PDF.
MapWeld keeps the project on your device: a .weldproject file you save, plus a draft in the current browser tab. Sign in when you want to export.
What you need
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox recommended)
- An isometric or piping drawing as a PDF
- Optional: a
.weldprojectfile if you are continuing saved work
Basic flow
- Go to the app. Create a new project or open a saved
.weldprojectfile. - Upload your PDF and place weld, spool, part, line, or connection markers.
- Use Inspection for NDT, Progress for workflow stages, and Documents for PDFs (including compile handover).
- Sign in when you want to export Excel, drawing PDFs, or a handover package.
